There is no back on it, so if it tips, there go your art tools. Seeing as how I bought it for beads, that's not necessarily a good thing. The drawers are spacious and you can see through to what you want to work with, but they don't have any....security. If this thing had a back panel and kept the drawers in better, it would be perfect. Having the large drawers is a big plus. My sister and I do beading. These drawers hold tools, large beads. etc that would not fit in the smaller drawers. This cabinet would be great for keeping your jewelry or hardware items etc. Great price also. I have several Stack-On brand containers in my garage (toolbox, storage containers, etc..). All of the products I have bought so far are made in the USA which is rare these days. The cabinet has two keyholes in the upper corners so they can be hung on a wall, which is the method I used. My only complaint is that it doesn't include the dividers for the bins. The bins are built with slots in the middle so you can separate the bin into two separate compartments but you have to buy the dividers separately. My guess is they did this to compete with the China made competitors in the price department, but I would have gladly paid the extra couple bucks upfront if they packaged them together. |
